Promotional Balls

Super Shell : We use shell comprising the finest materials, characterizing durability, resistance to water and abrasion and maintenance of soft texture in extreme climates.

Ball Reinforcement : The shell is reinforced with strongest fibers cross laminated layers, using condensed natural latex adhesive impregnated with anti fungus treatment making it impervious to fungi.

Panel Uniformity : We adopt special techniques to maintain equal thickness and weight proportions to the individual panels thus achieving optimum balance and uniform bounce.

Double Knot System : Panels are hand sewn using strongest possible polyester thread by double knot technique for retention of shape and avoiding show of teeth

Seam Seal : Stitches are coated with seam sealant to make it about 98 %water proof ensuring optimum weight, shape and directional control even after many games.

Best Bladders : We use aerodynamically balanced Latex bladder with self lubricating micro valve. The Hi tech / Butyl bladder characterizing prolonged air retention are also four way counter balanced. All bladders are pre-tested for roundness.

Graphic Printing : We use lead free, AZO free, PCP free imported two component and one component inks with penetration in to shell material .To make the graphics endurable to the extent of becoming permanent special transparent top coating is applied on the graphics.

Laminated Backing Fabric

Logo Promotional Balls Inc uses high quality backing fabrics to ensure the integrity of the Shape of each ball. Quality backing fabrics also help avoid water uptake and will not de-laminate easily, making each Paraglobalindia ball play like new over long peroids of time.

Throughout the ball range, Logo Promotional Balls Inc uses Latex Bladders exclusively which provides better responsiveness and playing characteristics than any butyle (Sunthetic) bladder. Because Logo Promotional Balls Inc manufacturers its own bladders, we can control both the ball's air retention and resposiveness.

Quality Assurance of Rubberized Balls

Outer Cover: The outer casing is made from the very highest quality blend of German Synthetic coupled with our mixture of resin & compounds, ensuring its extraordinary long wearing & handling characteristic.

Bladder: We use superior Latex & Butyl Bladder. Our Bladders offer good compression when kicking that is they have a "Soft Feel" about them and they absorb minimal moisture.

Stitching: 8/18 Count 100% Polyester Thread, is used for stitching. It is durable & wear characteristics & because it does not absorb moisture.

Lamination: We use the layers of Cotton/Canvas as these are the best material for lining for its compression. In addition, because it is pre-stretched, dried in steam drums and treated with a pasting solution. It will not loose its original shape or absorb moisture in wet condition. Some other lining used include polyester & leather for giving more heavy strength to the Ball. Lamination Layers are all depend upon the Quality of the Rugby Ball or on the specification given by the buyers.

Printing: All printing includes side Stripes are done with water based transfer for long life & improved non slip handling. Printing will not scratch or scrap off.
